OSHA baggage handler decision may put the Administrator in a difficult position in 2017

The U.S. Department of Labor announced an agreement with United to protect its employees from future injuries by improving its baggage-handling operation. It’s possible that the Secretary-nominee might reverse the previous agreements with OSHA and, if issued, would fall on Administrator Huerta to realign the policy within the FAA.
