ARTICLE: ARSA seeks to resolve part-marking confusion
Washington trade associations provide a variety of services to their members from Hill work to specialized services to regulatory advocacy. The attached release from ARSA is a reminder that, as with many things, the devil is in the details. This letter, sent on behalf of the repair stations, will likely result in the FAA’s clarifying an ambiguous statement which is mired in the undefined spaces created by several regulations and FAA written guidance statement.
It is a small thing that ARSA did, but the end result will be that its members will have more precise guidance to follow in their daily efforts to comply with the FARs.
