New entrant operators seeking a Part 121, 125, 129, 135, 139, 142, 145 Certificate
JDA is one of only a select number of FAA-recognized Qualified Certification Consultants for new Part 121 air carriers. While the FAA only qualifies outside organizations for Part 121-related certifications, the same certification process and consultant methodology is used for all other new operator certificates. JDA continues to maintain its FAA Certification Consultant qualification every two years through the FAA re-qualification process.
