Quite often operators seeking to obtain a 135 certificate become overwhelmed with the resource requirements or get frustrated with the time it takes them to complete the certificate process. In addition many business aircraft owners seeking ways to generate revenue during slack operating periods pay monthly management fees to place their aircraft on a Part 135 certificate.
