Regulatory Compliance Services

JDA can provide an aviation security expert and auditor with regulatory compliance experience at the airport, national and international levels. Our airport and security experience provides a high-level awareness of policies and trends in global airport security and provides the client with expertise in formulating solutions that take the airport operation into account while meeting TSA requirements.

Our team can document potential security vulnerabilities, events or issues and perform risk assessments for each event; associated mitigation strategies will be developed. Reports and trends are documented and presented to the airport or authority client.

JDA maintains real-time awareness of any relevant regulations or actions by regulatory agencies. Our presence in Washington, DC assures quick access to the regulatory decision makers. We have long-term relationships with aviation regulatory agencies establishing a foundation of trust from which to build solutions.

Local, State and Federal Mandate Aviation Security Compliance Audits

The JDA approach includes a formal auditing schedule as agreed to by the client. Every opportunity to promote best security practices is taken. JDA seeks opportunities with the airport to promote security awareness and compliance in the daily work environment of the airport community.

Security Directive Compliance Services

JDA can help airports implement security directives and communications with TSA inspection staff. The JDA team will ascertain security directives as they apply at the airport and determines whether they are being correctly carried out during an initial security assessment. JDA then reviews each subsequent security directive issued and provides interpretation and implementation recommendations to the airport.

New directives are reviewed with the airport security coordinators and TSA to assess required changes in compliance. JDA will also assist with elevation of dissimilar interpretations with facilitation of clarification through TSA headquarters.

Present Training Curriculum Materials and Updates

JDA can review training curricula and propose revisions as needed as well as present training courses and materials. Based on audit findings, JDA will assess training adequacy and recommend improvements to prevent future discrepancies.

Security System Improvement Recommendations

JDA can assess the current security system for compliance and issues recommendations for any needed improvements. JDA works with the client to identify future security system needs and assists in consulting with TSA officials directly charged with formulating policy.
