Whoever said that “airline customer service” is going to the dogs obviously was unaware of the KLM Lost and Found Service as shown in the below linked video.
The story is that the Dutch Royal Airline has trained a beagle to find and carry lost items to the passengers. His sprinting through the Amsterdam Airport probably violates a myriad of security regulations, but his tremendous scent ability and his speed to move through, over and under the many obstacles of Schiphol make this hound an ideal connector of lost items with their owners.
