Aviation safety is a serious subject and the discussions of it as a topic should reflect that significance of the subject. Once and a while, it’s helpful to have a little fun. As witty as that piece by GIZMODO.com maybe, here’s an article which finds fault with Chicago’s Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s lack of knowledge about the origins of MDW and ORD. After hearing the antecedents to the naming of Midway and O’Hare, the Mayor withdrew his proposal to rename one of them after President Obama.
