We have strong roots in the aviation industry
Established in 1994 JDA is an internationally known aviation consulting firm that specializes in developing solutions for scheduled airlines, charter operators, corporate aviation, aircraft manufacturers and component suppliers, repair stations, training centers, airports and airport authorities, technology companies, developers and legal firms.
One of the first FAA qualified certification consultants
In 2005 JDA became one of the first two companies qualified as an FAA Certification Consultant for new Part 121 entrants. Certification requires arduous FAA training and scrutiny. In November 2009 the FAA renewed JDA's Certification Qualification for an additional two years.
In 2005, Republic Airlines contracted JDA to assist with their new certification and develop its entire manual system. Republic Airlines became a certified Part 121 air carrier in 2005.
MITRE-licensed Safety Management System (SMS) Training Organization
In 2009 JDA completed MITRE SMS training and was licensed to provide SMS training, implementation and SMS manual services. MITRE is contracted to support the FAA with the implementation of SMS pilot programs and training in the U.S.
